August 2002 - Tech Valley Communications officially combines with Mid-Hudson Communications.

January 2002 - Tech Valley Communications moves to its new headquarters at 87 State Street in downtown Albany.

December 2001 - Tech Valley Communications announces its intention to combine with Mid-Hudson Communications.

August 2000 - Tech Valley Communications acquires GFC Communications, and launches its subsidiary, Campus Tech Communications.

April 2000 - Tech Valley Communications begins offering service.

November 1999 - The concept and business plan of Tech Valley Communications are created.
